Dr Manal Rezkalla
MB ChB FRACGP​
Dr Rezkalla specialises in cosmetic surgery, varicose vein treatments, skin cancer screening and advanced skin cancer surgery. A highly regarded family physician, Dr Rezkalla obtained her GP Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She was trained and mentored by Dr Michel Delune, who has made a notable contribution to the Obagi Cosmetic Clinic in Beverley Hills, California, which is renowned for its use of state-of the-art cosmetic dermatology treatments. Dr Rezkalla obtained her Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) under Dr Delune.

Dr Rezkalla has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB). Her other credentials include Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), she has a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine (SCCANZ) and is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australia and New Zealand.
Dr Rezkalla is a medical educator for the Australian Medical Council (AMC) candidates and is an examiner for the GP College Fellowship exam.

Dr Sheng Chao
MBBS FRACGP
Dr Chao specialises in skin cancer screening, advanced skin cancer surgery, cosmetic surgery and varicose vein treatments. After graduating from the University of Western Australia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), he undertook a period of training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and spent two years as a registrar in general, plastic and vascular surgery in hospitals in Perth, Bunbury and Fremantle.

A period spent overseas in America saw Dr Chao undertake further training in aesthetic medicine with Dr Michel Delune, who is known for his contribution to the Obagi Clinic in Beverley Hills, California. The Beverly Hills clinic is renowned for its use of state-of the-art cosmetic dermatology treatments.
Dr Chao obtained his Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM).
Dr Chao has attained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), has a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine ( SCCANZ) and is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australia and New Zealand.
Dr Mina Rezkalla
BPharm MBBS (Hons) FRACGP
Dr Mina Rezkalla graduated with honours from Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Notre Dame. Prior to studying medicine, he was a qualified community pharmacist. After several years spent working at various WA hospitals, he undertook specialist training as a General Practitioner.
Dr Mina Rezkalla is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He also holds a Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine. He is an Adjunct Senior Clinical Lecturer with Curtin University Medical School, and is heavily involved in training and education of medical students.
He provides skin check services using digital dermoscopy, management of solar keratoses (including field treatment with photodynamic therapy), and management of both melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers. He works closely with his colleagues at our clinic in management of complex skin cancer cases through advanced surgical techniques, including those requiring skin grafts or skin flap closure. He is also skilled in a number of other procedures, including excisions of lipomas/cysts, greater occipital nerve blocks for cervicogenic headache treatment, ingrown toenail surgery, and use of botulinum toxin for treatment of hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). Dr Mina Rezkalla is also trained in facial aesthetics, particularly with wrinkle-relaxers and dermal filler treatments.
Dr Thomas Jewell
MD
Dr Thomas Jewell was born and raised in country Western Australia. He completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at UWA in 2018, before training at Royal Perth Hospital in various specialties, predominantly acute medicine.

His main area of interest is in preventative medicine, with a belief that optimal care can only be achieved through identifying and addressing issues before they become chronic problems. He also believes in a comprehensive and evidence based approach to managing existing disease.
His additional areas of interests include cardiology, weight loss medicine and skin cancer management. Outside of work he enjoys surfing, wine and spending time with family.
Jasmine Pilcher
Registered Nurse
Jasmine strives to offer the clients of WASVC the highest quality treatment and care, and is continually adding to her skill set in order to meet their unique needs. Jasmine holds an up-to-date Laser Safety in Medicine licence, obtained through training provided by Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital: Department of Medical Technology and Physics, allowing her to safely operate our Nd:YAG laser for its many applications.

Jasmine has completed specialised training in a range of cosmetic treatments including: tattoo removal, pigmentation treatment, vascular correction, microneedling, plasma pen, cryolipolysis (fat freezing), radiofrequency skin tightening, and more.
With a flexible schedule Jasmine can accomodate clients Monday to Friday, as well as Saturday mornings by special request for those unable to make weekday appointments.
